I became obsessed with perfecting the art of an unforgettable guest experience.

I'm Melissa. I run my own short-term rentals, and I know the messages by heart. What's the Wi-Fi password? Where do we park? What time is checkout? Where should we eat tonight?

So I stopped answering them one by one. I built a custom guest guide website for my own properties and sent one link before every stay.

How long does it take?

Build It With Me is designed so you can build efficiently, often in an afternoon, depending on your experience and how ready your property info is. Build It For Me timing is confirmed when you order.

Are there monthly fees?

Five-Star Stay is a one-time purchase with no required subscription to us. You pay for your own domain, hosting, and any third-party tools your site uses.

Can I link my booking website?

Yes. If you already have a direct-booking page, your guide can link to it. Five-Star Stay creates the guide, not the booking system. No booking page yet? You can add the link later.

I have more than one property. What are my options?

Build It With Me teaches you to make more guides yourself. Build It For Me is priced per property. Property managers can ask about partner pricing below.

Do I own my guide, and can I update it later?

Yes. The goal is for you to own and control your finished guide. You keep the hosting and domain accounts that keep it online. You can update it. The DIY training shows you how, and done-for-you customers get handoff materials. Ongoing updates are not a managed service.
